High Suction Dredging Equipment Jet Suction Sand Dredger
Description
Our Jet Suction Sand Dredger is a professional, lightweight and efficient dredging equipment and mining machinery, integrating sand suction, transportation and dredging, specially designed for global sand mining, river dredging and sludge cleaning projects.
Different from cutter suction type, it adopts advanced jet suction technology, no cutter design, relying on high-pressure water jet to stir underwater sand and sediment, and high-power suction pump to complete sand pumping synchronously. Daily output is 300-8000m³ customizable, with strong suction, no sand residue, suitable for 0.3-12m shallow/deep water areas.

Core advantages
Made of high-quality anti-corrosion steel, the hull is lightweight, flexible and easy to maneuver, suitable for fresh water (rivers, reservoirs) and salt water (shallow seas), anti-wind and anti-impact, adapting to small and medium-sized sand yards, rivers and coastal areas. It can also match gold mining equipment for auxiliary operations.
The dredger utilizes a powerful venturi jet system to create an intense vacuum at the suction inlet. This advanced design allows the equipment to effectively extract sand and slurry from significant depths, far exceeding the capability of standard centrifugal pumps. It ensures consistent performance even in challenging conditions where the sand is compacted or located deep beneath the water surface.
● High Suction Power: Equipped with a powerful jet system for deep and efficient sand extraction.
● Non-Clogging Design: Uses jet suction technology to handle sand and slurry without clogging the pump.
● High Production Capacity: Capable of pumping large volumes of sand over long distances quickly.
● Versatile Application: Ideal for river dredging, sand mining, and reservoir cleaning.
● Easy Operation: Simple design with fewer moving parts, making it easy to operate and maintain.
● Cost-Effective: Fuel-efficient operation and low maintenance costs maximize your project profits.

FAQs
Q1: To what extent can the Weed Cutting Boat be customized?
A1: We offer full parametric customization. Vessel tonnage, maximum dredging depth, and volumetric daily output can all be adjusted to match site-specific conditions. Preliminary design drawings are provided at no cost.
Q2: What is the projected operational lifespan?
A2: The hull structure is rated for 8-15 years under normal operating conditions. High-wear components including the cutter head and pump impeller have a typical service interval of 2-3 years. We supply OEM-spec replacement parts and ongoing engineering support.
Q3: What is your service response protocol?
A3: Our after-sales framework includes 24/7 remote support and a guaranteed on-site response within 48 hours for equipment requiring hands-on intervention.
Q4: Does the design accommodate saline conditions?
A4: Yes. The vessel incorporates marine-grade corrosion protection, enabling stable operation in shallow saltwater environments for applications such as offshore sand extraction and coastal waterway maintenance.
